My role as Practice Manager involves making sure the Practice runs smoothly and on a day to day basis. It also involves Human Resorces Marketing and running the Whitening Clinics.
My role as Patient Co-ordinator involves meeting new patients and going through a comprehensive medical and dental questionnaire then taking a full jaw scan and introducing the patients to the dentists and clinical team.
One week later the patients return for a one hour appointment where we go over their treatment plan with the aid of study models, digital photos, full jaw scan and intra-oral photos. I then make their appointments to commence treatment.
