  • All images and data uploaded through this system are fully encrypted during transit and at rest.
  • This tool complies with global and local healthcare data protection frameworks, including GDPR and HIPAA compliance protocols, ensuring your clinical photos remain entirely private.
  • Data processed via Dental Monitoring is used solely to generate an initial assessment report for review by Dr. Grahame Dutton and the Duxton Dental clinical team.


6. Storage and Security of Information

We take all reasonable steps to ensure your personal and health information is protected against loss, unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure. Your clinical records are stored securely on encrypted, restricted-access electronic management systems.


Technical web data is securely held on protected cloud servers. We retain your health records for the mandatory minimum period required under New Zealand health regulations.

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. We will only disclose your information:


To dental technicians, laboratories, or specialist practitioners directly involved in your clinical treatment chain.
