    Hi, I’m Jewels, I joined the Duxton Dental Team in 2010 and have never looked back. I thoroughly enjoy assisting Grahame Dutton and now Rhonda Gooding in the surgery and have made great friends with the rest of our fantastic team. Still, to this day I feel privileged to work with such an amazing team.

    I like being able to get to know our patients and support them throughout their procedures, that has always been one of the things that have been important to me. In the last year I have taken on the role of patient coordinator, greeting new patients and spending a little time with them prior to their new patient experience. I have also spent some time up-skilling myself in the orthodontic field. It’s very rewarding going through the patient’s orthodontic journey with them and seeing their confidence grow.

    I have rejoined the Duxton Dental team after 7 years working for an Orthodontist to assist Grahame with the orthodontic side of the business. I love working in Orthodontics, I have had several different roles working here in the past including assisting and reception. I am excited to be back at Duxton Dental and I look forward to all the new challenges it will bring and to provide excellent service to all our Orthodontic patients.

    I have worked in the Dental Industry for over 30 years! I have had a variety of different rolls in both general Dentistry and Specialist practice including Orthodontics and Oral Surgery. My role as an Orthodontic auxillary is very rewarding, getting to see the changes that happen over the course of the treatment and the gorgeous end result is fantastic.

    My role at Duxton Dental is to assist both Christine and Grahame and to support them in any way I can in the day to day running of the practice. I enjoy my interaction with all our patients and making them as comfortable as possible.
     
    I worked in the banking industry for many years before having my family. I trained to become a Dental Assistant in 1998. I have also worked as a receptionist in a busy beauty therapy clinic.

    Hi my name is Krissy Clement, I am a returning staff member to the Duxton Dental team. Before leaving the practice in 2006 to live and work in Australia I was Grahame Dutton’s chairside assistant for a number of years. I have been waiting patiently for many years to be able to re-join the team, because not only is it the most favourite and rewarding job I’ve had in the dental industry, it’s also the most professional and technologically advanced.

    I started at Duxton Dental in March 2015. I became a dental assistant in 2005 at a general dental surgery in Christchurch where I completed the NZDA dental assistant certificate. This is when my passion to be able to provide patients with the best possible care and ensure their dental experiences are positive ones really started, especially when I had been an extremely anxious patient myself. I then worked for an endodontist before relocating to Australia for 6 years. I have over 10 years of dental assisting experience in New Zealand and Australia.
